Andrew W. Suhar is a partner with the firm. He counsels businesses and individuals in all phases of business operations. Andrew is an experienced bankruptcy and restructuring attorney. He has diverse experience in commercial, consumer, and family farmer cases, representing debtors, creditors, official creditor committees, individual business owners, trustees, and receivers. Andrew has been a court-appointed receiver in a wide variety of cases. His substantial experience in receivership law has made him one of the leading attorneys in this practice area.

Andrew is also equally skilled in business and civil litigation matters, in organization, business formation services, commercial law, all real estate matters and general civil litigation. Andrew is frequently brought on by colleagues to assist in complex and challenging cases. He is foremost a problem solver to his client.

Andrew has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Ohio since November 1995. He is also the Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio – Eastern Division. Andrew also serves as acting Judge for Trumbull County Eastern and Central District Courts.
